How in the world do I collect all the GoldBars I have been winning? It says my piggy bank is full, well, I have been losing out on all the gold bars I have been winning!!! That is one thing I don’t like about this game!! I see all those gold bars dropping away because it says my piggy bank is full!

I was an avid Farm Heros Saga player, as evidenced by the very level to which I'd attained as of yesterday. After years of playing and recommending the game, I opened the app today to play, was asked to accept an update... and ALL of my achievements were we open away... GONE. The game was reset to level one. I WAS ROBBED. I'll be warning a lot of folks now. I WAS ROBBED.

I had over 3000 games played had a lot of rewards, they did a up data and took all my rewards it’s just like starting all over. Dissatisfied
Update deletes everything

Updated this weekend to latest version and lost years of ‘work’. Support was completely unhelpful.

Great game! Can't give a five star rating because the sound won't work when you are playing. I have asked for sounds but still doesn't work. I've closed and restarted the game and also turned the iPad completely off. Sometimes the sound works for a few minutes then quits again. Except for that it's really a fun game
Lost all my boosters

After the app updated I lost all of my boosters how do I get them back

Was in the 4000’s on the levels and just out of the blue, took me back to level one. ?

The App forced me to agree to new terms & conditions, then promptly started me over. I was at a level over 2000. Lost all boosters, lives and resources earned from over four years of play. I guess I’ll delete this App and move on.
Have to start from scratch

I was on level 2103 and now I have to start from scratch if I want to continue to play this game because it won’t allow me to continue where I left off. Really makes me angry. Tried re-installing but that doesn’t work either. Really ticked off.
