Fun game but

I play this everyday. I was at level 1400. I had to accept the new privacy policy and when I did I lost my level and went to the beginning. Very frustrating! Not going to play anymore.

just wanna finish my book
Used to absolutely love this game couldn’t wait till I got more lives to play again. Now I could care less the games are rigged and some of the levels are about impossible to get past I’ve been stuck on the level I’m currently at for about 6-7 months and I just I downloaded the game with no intention on downloading again. I had the game won a few times and then it would randomly decide to mix up the playing bored and lose.

I’ve been playing this game for years and really like it. Yesterday, there was some sort of update that kept my beans and my bars but took away my additional purchases of extra advantages, shovels, etc. It’s also giving me directions like I’ve never played the game before even though I’m logged and still at my level. I paid the $99 for the extra bars and everything that came with it and now they’re gone. Also, beans could be better used for upgrades.
Update chaos

My dad had to update the game to play and he was near level 1200. After the update loaded it was gone, back to level 1, he has to start all over again, but he loved the game so if you could fix that he would love it.
Lost everything with update

Been playing for a long time - was on level 3425. Suddenly bumped down to level 1 with all boosters lost. Disappointing.

Second review because I had my level wrong. I was actually on level 2596 before the updat and losing all progress. SMH
