Frustrating

I enjoy playing this game, however every time there is an update, I lose all the accumulated boosters (very frustrating)! I am also tired of constantly being asked to join a team, as there are some of us who enjoy playing solo. Please fix!

I get SO upset cause l play all the time to bill up lives. Cause l don’t have the money to pay for them, and when it looks l’m going to win l use all of them plus extra move, what you dealer, but pull the game out from me ? it’s nuts and mean hours of work ?
Lost my level

I had reached a very high level and I lost everything with the update. I’m so upset. Now I’m back to square 1, starting all over again. So disappointed.

I love this game, I’ve played it for years. Definitely my guilty pleasure but it hits that sweet spot of being challenging without being hard. Mindless entertainment. But why haven’t they figured out how to allow you to move to the next level without using all your turns? If I have 5 turns left but I already beat the level, I don’t want to make 5, 10, 15 or 20 more matches. I just want to move on. Can you please add that feature? I’d be forever grateful.

Was in upper 100 level and lost everything due to app update. Customer service did nothing to assist. Game was deleted. Pitiful!
Where are my plus ones/helpers???

I have been playing this game for a long time and have always enjoyed it, however, with this recent update, all of my tractors, shovels, +ones, etc. disappeared and now I have had to start over accumulating them. This is very frustrating. Where are they? Give them back!

Hasn’t worked right for months, despite being updated. Keeps starting over at level 1. Prepare to be deleted!

I’ve been playing farm heroes for years and have enjoyed it. There are certain things that are irritating like the multiple pop-ups. And also the beans. Like, what are they even used for? You can’t use them for anything. And just now the game completely reset me back to the very first level after I spent years climbing the levels. I’m not even gonna play anymore because I’m not starting from the beginning again. So disappointing.

Where are all my boosters??? I’ve played this game for years & have built up a large amount of boosters but they’re gone. Please fix this…..it’s one of my favorite games. Thank you.
