Why was I sent back to level 1?

I have been playing this game for years and loved it. Suddenly, today, I was at level one. When I tried to select the option to return to my level, I was asked to set up an account with and email and password. Fine. Did that, returned to the game, and… still level 1!! So I had to delete the app. I’ll miss the game…
Farm hero error

I was above level 4000 but was removed yesterday and forced to start over at level 1. How do we fix this error and hopefully prevent others from going through this problem.
Update erased everything

Lost boosted AGAIN

This game is ok, major flaw I just lost all of my boosters again. I had quite a few built up over time. I opened up the game today and it was set back to the beginning. I logged in again and was back at my last position except all of my boosters are gone. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
So much wrong and becoming worse!

First, telling CHILDREN: Play on, or you will lose is psychologically disturbing. Absolutely shameful. Second, Beans are useless-can't trade for prizes. Third, up to 8 or more pop ups just to play a game! Forth, you win prizes after a game and if you lose next game you lose all of stream prizes you earned!!! You can always tell how much these developers care by their lack of responses to these reviews. I like the game, but will NEVER EVER buy prizes because you NEVER EVER act on these reviews. Please keep in mind that the game is fun at the beginning, but you will be frustrated at the higher levels once you see how the game is rigged, how more and more time from popups and buy this sales eat away at your lives and daily prize times. Not to mention how much data they collect, share and sell to other company advertisers that you have no control over. Time to delete this app. It was fun up to level 1500, but at 1700 it is unbearable and now locked out because I don't think it's necessary for you to collect my personal information and make money off it, in exchange for playing your game! NEWBIES BEWARE. The game is meant to be addicting. At the beginning it's great. Don't spend money to win!

I love this game. Play it almost every day. Never ever had any problems until February 5, 2022. I was on a level in the 1500s and for some unknown reason, the game completely started over. Now I’m on level 15. Wth happened?

I’d give this game 10 stars if I could! I’ve been playing game for 10+years and if I could change 1 thing it’d be changing up the levels. I often see same levels that I keep playing but that’s all I would change!

Need more ads, both before and after a game! The decreasing ads after for extra lives is VERY frustrating!
the newest update has major bugs
