Give me what I paid for

RandomWhiteGuy56

I paid for the full version yet I still have the regular version and can’t use any of the full version features. When I go to store it has the check only by free version and when I click full license it just takes me to the appstore to buy it again.

Only real rpg

Perfect RPG for mobile!

I’ve downloaded this game and deleted it at least 6 times. This time I decided to actually read the journal to figure out how to progress and I’ve been having a blast. Game is super unforgiving, so remember to always save. Controls aren’t bad. A little weird at first but they’re good. One request I have would be to add an ability to abandon quests to clear up the journal. Or an option to organize it by area. I like that it doesn’t show you where you need to be on the map. Makes the exploration aspect that much more rewarding.

The single best RPG on mobile

Brisashi

This game has the best elements of RPG classics like Baldur’s Gate but with a much more user friendly interface. The world is huge and full of quests and characters, tons to explore and countless hours of gameplay. Don’t miss out.

Not fun

ZombieB4coffee

If you like games where it always feels like you’re playing with one hand tied behind your back you’ll love it, otherwise, too frustrating. Some questions: Why can’t you camp in the wilderness? You sleep outside early in the game while traveling with Adaon. Is this lack of sleep a story mechanic meant to explain why full health is never restored except at an inn? Why must the adventurer remain sickly all the time? Health potions are too expensive and the few “full health” restores I get are used up quickly even if I run away a lot because due to the awkward controls I am always getting stuck in the scenery. I am sorry I paid for the full license. Deleting.

The best things about Baldur’s Gate with Diablo-style gameplay.

Varlinn

This game is absolutely amazing. I would have gladly forked over 50 bucks for this game, and at a meager 2 dollars there is absolutely no reason not to buy it. If you are a fan of old-school isometric RPGs like Icewind Dale and Baldur’s Gate, this game is for you. If you are a fan of old-school hack-n’-slash like Diablo, this game is also for you. The game is extremely solid and well-designed, It is challenging but fulfilling like any good old-school game should be, and there is SO much SHEER CONTENT!!!!! I cannot recommend this game enough. PLAY IT!!!!!

Good game, but way too difficult

RJA333

I have put hours into this game. Grinding and grinding. Problem is, you will get a character to a high level and it won’t matter, you will get beaten badly by the NPCs. They offer an easy level, but there is no warning that normal level is just plain too difficult. I am sad to say that despite countless hours I am ready to quit the game...it’s one of those games that just seems too hard despite advancing level after level after level.

Very good

I paid for license version. Great to see old style isometric blizzard d&d style game. Holding together so far at level 6

Truly great!!! Gotta try it!

The gift that keeps on giving! This really is a top-notch rpg experience! Trust me. You want to try this. For free. Massive new update makes this game world huge.. Baldur's Gate huge! And FUN! Previous review: I am loving it!!! I'm only an hour in and much has happened to me. At that point I bought the game for 3.99USD and am now running a Cleric. Constant updates makes this very worth the money. The graphics are a little better than the pictures. But just a little. Runs great on my iPad Air 2. I've got to say I wait a long time between RPGs with battles, user interfaces, and attributes and skill systems I like. This checks a lot of boxes for me. I especially love the way the attribute system breaks wisdom charisma into "awareness" and "personality". These attributes have real world benefits I am seeing already vis a vis conversation options and perceptions that remind me of Pillars of Eternity. I also like the simplistic melee combat. With skill buttons and auto attack I'd you choose. All in all I can highly recommend this to RPG fans of any kind. 5 stars for me, especially since the story is good so far. And especially since it's free with a small footprint. Oh and everything is explained very well through the tutorial and everything has tool tips that actually make sense.
