This use to be the best game

So I started playing about 2 years ago I played it everyday and got almost all the dragons, I absolutely loved how the game looked, then I didn’t play for a while because my phone was stolen so I got a new phone now the game looks totally different!!! I spent a lot of money of the old version so I started to investigate what happened and I found out hasbro closed down now there’s a new developer I’m very upset my beautiful dragons, park and money are gone, I wish it went back how it was before.

I just got my save back! I was looking through the settings and found the game center button and tapped it. It took my to a page where there was 2 saves. The new one and my old one. Or at least when I saw the old one I was like “there’s no way it’s it” Low and behold, it was and I am so happy I have my save back!!??

Okay, I LOVE dragon vale. It is the most fun breeding game I’ve ever had. All the other ones are pretty boring. Dragon vale has so many cool dragons and really adorable graphics. When I have a baby dragon I say “Awww its so cute!” Every time. This game is CONSTANTLY being updated with new dragons and events. And you don’t have to be active every day. You can play for an hour or 5 minutes! I love it so much! Now for my suggestions. Sometimes when I play I run out of things to do. I play Eggy Hatchy (which I love btw) and I do the races. But after you finish your tickets for both of those places there is nothing to do besides feed your dragons. So, I had an idea where at any given moment you can care for your dragons. It wouldn’t be mandatory to the game just an extra minigame that could get you coins. Basically you would click on the dragon that you want to care for, then near the feed button there would be a small button with a dragon chasing a ball. If you click it you can care for your dragon by playing a game or giving them a bath etc! It only gives you a little bit of money so it wouldn’t be worth getting a fortune out of it unless you play like a billion rounds of it. But I think it would be cool! Also since you have so many dragons and it would take forever to animate each one in the activity, you could make it only the main element dragons could do it. Plant, Fire, Rock, Cold, etc. Now for my second suggestion! An Avatar. Yes. This could also tie in with my first suggestion. What you could do is at the beginning of the game you can make your own avatar from a choice if hair, shirts, pants, boots, skin color, etc. the only thing would It would be impossible to make yourself look like one of the already made characters like Gardenia because they are iconic. And when you have your avatar you maybe would show up into the care that you do with your dragons! Third suggestion: when you progress farther into the game you can choose one dragon to be your “buddy” basically they will give you extra coins for using them in the colosseum, the races, and caring for them. And they would also take less food to feed to get them to higher levels. Maybe the amount of food could split in half for your buddy. But you cannot change your buddy after you choose it! So you HAVE TO CHOOSE WISELY! Now for my fourth and final suggestion! It’s about Eggy Hatchy!! I love the game so much, it’s tricky and does include a little luck and 60% of the time I fail, but it’s always still fun. Since it is so tricky, I was thinking maybe if you complete all of the goals and win it in that round that you could choose ONE dragon egg to hatch into your park. But you could only do it once a day! You couldn’t choose a dragon egg that you are not a high enough level for yet though. Like if you were level ten you couldn’t choose a Air dragon egg etc. That’s the last of my suggestions! I really hope you take these into consideration. I tried to make them without changing the base aspect of the game that I love. I hope all of you at Hasbro have a great day. Edit: Nevermind about Eggy Hatchy. I just realized it’s not there anymore. I hope you bring it back! -Minnie ??

the game is super fun and rewarding. but there are a few things that are backwards. like why does 5 treats cost 20 coins but 20 treats costs 250? shouldn’t 20 treats cost 200 so it’s proportionate? also, a plant dragon costs 100 dollars and produces 17 coins/minute, while a better dragon, like a poison dragon, produces 9 coins/minute. hopefully this makes sense and i wish they’d fix it but one random review won’t change the whole game so who cares

Been playing for hella long. Today every time I log the game and start to play it keeps crashing. Yes I went to your support page = no help. Did everything on the page = no help. There is no contact support = no help. Some one fix this crap please.

Many loyal players are upset with the changes you’ve made to the game, and have tried to inform you of their issues with it. I’d like to make some suggestions on how you can make it better so that your loyal customers will continue to play! I want to make this clear: YOU NEED TO LISTEN AND REPLY TO THE CONCERNS OF YOUR CONSUMERS. All businesses have to do this, or they will fail due to the loss of their once-loyal customers. The floating tower with the quizzes is a great tool to get useful feedback from your players! Read the other reviews here, and then ask your players about what issues they have. First of all, I’ll give you credit on the changes I like. I really like how the new dragons and eggs look, so keep up the art work! Second, the Eggy Hatchy game is really fun for me and a lot of players, and while it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, that’s okay! Now, I am going to get to the parts that are turning away many loyal customers. First, it’s the back to back events. There is no time in between them to focus on getting the “normal” dragons or to just relax. You can’t miss a single day now, or you’ll miss out on a lot of content. I’d suggest bringing the event count down to maybe five. Keep the Arcane Pentournament, the Halloween event, the winter holidays event, the springtime holidays event, and the summer event. The rest of the time should just me normal gameplay. And when it comes to the holiday events, maybe branch out from mostly Christmas or Easter related dragons. Maybe a Menorah dragon could be added to the next winter holiday event, along with other winter holiday dragons. Same with the springtime events. Don’t be afraid to do a few quick google searches in order to keep your players happy! Another major problem is the glitches. This has been present during Backflips era, and a good way to endear yourselves to your players would be to dedicate a lot of time to fixing the game-ruining glitches. The third problem is the evolution gameplay. Pretty much all of your players dislike it. It seems that you are just trying to get money, which we understand, but my favorite part about DragonVale compared to other dragon breeding games was that money was never REQUIRED to get the full gameplay. And the whole situation with the enhancements being only available for one event and never again was incredibly unfair. What is some players didn’t have power then? What if they were too busy doing schoolwork to play? Don’t get rid of the evolutions and enhancements you already have, but PLEASE DON’T ADD NEW ONES! I’m begging you to make the smart business decision to take constructive criticism. I really want to see DragonVale, and your company, succeed beyond imagination!
