It’s ok..

This game is really fun, i like that you can build the home and have different residents/characters and the all the tasks that keep you busy, but one thing i didn't like was that i would buy things on the app such as a counter for the kitchen, and i’d buy plenty only to realize that when i close the app and do something else while it finishes getting delivered, it takes the money tant i spent and it doesn’t give me the product. This annoys me only because this literally stops the whole game basically because i cant finish the tasks and when u finish the tasks, i can unlock new rooms. But when i don’t do the tasks and are stuck, no rooms get unlocked. And if bugs me. I also spent a lot of money on this game to get coins and extra money, i didn’t receive those either. I sent exactly 32 emails explains everything and not any one of them were answered.

I really want to play this game but it keeps saying that oppps we are haveing big heavy loads and something about the servers but can you please fix this I really want to play

Game won’t load. Games “uh oh our game servers are experiencing heavy loads. Please try again shortly”. I haven’t tried in months and it gives me the same message. Fix it!!!!

Every time I try to play a message pops up saying "Our servers are experiencing heavy loads, please try again later" PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!????

This game continues to never open even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app! Very frustrating

There games are not working at all...I don’t even think the creators care anymore tbh. I hope you read this before you water your time.
