Jan 13 update needs repair

Great app but update on Jan 13, 2017 makes the app unable to open. I was unable to log on today and get daily points due to the update. Please fix asap. App is great otherwise. 4* rating due to unable to load app (otherwise would be a 5*)

Do NOT Update the app! The latest update causes the app to never load and therefore is a ripoff to users who had been collecting points. I think some of the bugs on this app are intentional to prevent users from actually earning and winning points.
Poor update.

The app isn't even launching. It's stuck in the loading screen for far too long.

Even before the debacle of the update, the app and the entire community rewards program was horrendous. Still haven't received any of the gift cards I supposedly earned. Waste of time.
App won't open

My community rewards app hasn't allowed me to launch the app since last week. This is frustrating because I cannot score any points and therefore cannot win any cash rewards. I'm very disappointed about this app. Please fix this ASAP.

The most recent update made the app useless. It won't open! It just spins on the "launching app" screen forever. Please fix!

This app was awesome until I couldn't log in one day. I emailed them every other day for help for 1 week and NO HELP. Even if they decide to get back to me I won't be using this app. Horrible customer service.
No customer service and doesn't let me claim my $100 reward

I won $100 reward on this app and they don't let me claim it. When I follow the instructions, my reward shows as $15 instead of $100. I messaged them 3 times and no reply at all! I tried claiming the $15 and even that doesn't work. Extremely frustrated and feeling deceived.
