Downloaded app then saw in order to use app I HAVE to log in through Facebook or Twitter. Due to that, I won't use the app

This app has some major flaws. Many bugs to work out.

The app forces you to log in with Facebook or Twitter only. Will be deleting as I already have an account set up using my email address. Maybe if the next update includes other log in options I will consider revisiting but for now this app is worthless if you don't want to connect using social media.

Yep - Login only allowed via Facebook or Twitter. Not Good. And worse when I logged in via Twitter the app immediately informed me I no longer lived here. Funny but I'm writing this while sitting in my living room at the very same address, apartment name and living room I've occupied for years. I kept the useless app on the iPad for only long enough to write this. Soooooooo I would suggest you don't waste a second more of your valuable time with this nonsense. And yes I did give it a one star rating. Did it only because it isn't possible to give a negative five star rating.

I created an account on my desktop to participate in my community program. Generally I love the idea and keeping residents engaged, and it's kinda fun. So, I thought, hey it would be great to do all this via my phone using this app.......terrible idea. This app is nothing more than a wolf in sheep's clothing. Although I already had an active account, the app forces you to log in via FB or Twitter so they can grab your profile information and contacts. I relented and entered via FB only to be told "this account already exists" and to log on via email address (which is what I set up originally).....but only after they snatched all my FB data of course. Complete BS. My suggestion: IF you choose to participate, run the site via your desktop where you control the privacy settings and access to your personal information. Do not download this stupid app. My opinion: Don't use this site or company at all, and report these shady practices to your community management, encouraging them to use a different provider. If you're happy with someone taking, using, and selling your personal info, FB profile, and contacts, then you're fine....have a blast!

Lots of approvals and hoops to jump through once you have gathered the requisite points for a reward. Expect to wait a very long time for a very small reward.

used to use this app. Now cant even log in and the request to change my password wont even work. So useless. Please fix all the bugs in the new update.

Doesn't work properly. Asks for email on every screen, but only lets you type it once upon opening the app.
