Just downloaded but I need a IPad app. This app is only for cell phone. I would like to use this app horizontally not vertically.

When i first created my community rewards account I used the link in my email and I selected “sign in with Gmail“ and then when I try to download the app there’s no option to sign in with Gmail and this sign in with email option doesn’t work if you have signed in with Gmail. My Gmail password is less than 10 characters and it says your password needs to be at least 10 characters so there’s no way for me to login on the app. in addition to that little features like that Instagram tagging works terribly

Steadily going from an incentivized rewards program for residents to a useless space for advertising/marketing. Some of the listed “perks” are the same ads I see in other apps/websites ($5 off $10+ for new Grubhub customers blah blah blah). And what’s the point of even having a rewards program if you’re gonna be stingy with giving out points. There’s like a new opportunity for a few points like every mont or two.

This is easily the worst app I’ve ever used. Never using this again. Bye! And Apple, how did you approve this app. Shame on you. Just another sign that you’ve gone down hill. You’re a far cry from your former self. Awful.

Buggy, desperately needs an update

First of all they need to jump on the iPhone X train, also the login section is super buggy, the bar for text jumps all over the screen and it’s just... bad. Please fix! Also an aesthetic update would get some more stars in my review. ALSO I stinking clicked iTunes for my rewards choice and after I logged in it’s doing it for amazon. That’s not what I wanted and there’s not even the option to change it. This app needs serious development!

Completely agree with Shaeshae1414. When I try to sign in, keeps saying my email address is invalid. I was able to previously register and had no issues then. Now it’s impossible and gives me a headache.

Tried to redeem my rewards here after having no luck on my browser. Right after it logged in through my facebook (so AFTER this janky company got its hands on whatever information about me is available on my facebook like my email and friends list etc), it says there’s an error and gives me no other options but that error page with a link to “explore” their website? No thanks. Deleting now.
