What’s the point?!

I haven’t received a single reward I earned in the past four months. I tried contacting support they said there is nothing they can do, but send an email, for my pending rewards. Still nothing.

Won’t let you deactivate you account or delete your info

There is a button to deactivate and delete your account, but when you move your finger off the screen, it jumps back up to the request information button. Total scam.

Finally Getting Something From My Community

It’s nice to see that there is a loyalty rewards program for living at my community. It’s easy to use and gain points for gift cards.

Tried multiple times to link my Instagram so I can post photos for points and it sends me on a circular goose chase. I click on upload a photo, sign in to IG, immediately taken to CR online (instead of opening the app) where I have to sign in to CR again via Facebook, sign in and I click on the IG button again and then it won't load. I've force closed the app, restarted my phone etc. nothing is working. I have had this feature work previously but not anymore.

Do not waste your time.

The 10 minutes I took out of my day to give feedback to my student apartment complex was 10 minutes too many. The gift cards they “reward” you with don’t have useable codes. Worthless app that just wants your data.

This app is awesome, it’s linked to my current community and allows me to earn gift cards from amazon. So far I’ve received the $5 gift card simply by doing basic prompts such as writing a review, liking an Instagram photo, etc.

When I accept terms & conditions I get a 404 error.

Can’t accept terms and conditions. It just sends me to a 404 error. I’ve tried restarting it multiple times from a force close. Still gives me the error.

I have not been able to do the Instagram to Community rewards for about 4 months. I don’t know what y’all changed but it is not working for me any more.

I have unredeemed points that I cannot access. Every time I open the app I get a “404 Error Page” which is less than thrilling...
