Glitchy - Don’t Waste Your Time

ktmuri

I like the idea of community engagement, but this just feels like a survey served in a buggy interface. Just use the website and skip the app.

CR is a fun way to engage in Ocean Breeze Villas and earn some rewards along the way. During this time you can give feedback and see how others are enjoying themselves in apartment living. It also lets you know things going on here you may not know about. I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve spent and earned some gift cards. I also joined Snap Chat. Try it! Jane S.

Fun Way to Make Money!

This is a great way to make money through the form of gift cards and to compete with other tenants!

Great way to get to know your community.

We LOVE community rewards! It’s a great way to become active in your community and earn money. I’m not sure some of the other reviewers understand how it works. CR doesn’t set the point values or how many opportunities there are to earn points - your property does. Our property manager makes it very easy to earn points (many times it’s just showing up to community events to earn several thousand points) by hosting events, having various tasks/activities through the month, etc. If you are concerned about the lack of available points to earn, you will need to speak with your apartment community manager who sets all that up. It’s not community rewards fault if some properties are not as active as others. The only bug issues I’ve gotten are the “vote for best Instagram” picture for the weekly challenges. I can only see my own pictures and other tenants who I’m friends with on Instagram - no one else. CR is aware of the issue and I’ve communicated with them several times.
