It seldom works. I’ve gotten 2 palettes out of it! Once you land on a page there is no visible way to go back. I hope someday it will be functional as I could use this app. ?
Glitchy but cool

Saving custom palettes causes an error message and the app has to be closed and relaunched in order to get back to the palettes screen. I hope they fix this bug soon because it's a really cool app!

This app is designed for color mixing of polymer clays and is perfect for this purpose. It is very easy to use and has a fantastic selection of color mixing choices. Ongoing development is assured and this makes it very good value. It is also a good tool to use for finding colors for digital art... an unexpected bonus! It it were possible I would give this app a ten star rating. It will be my only "go to" color mixing app.

If it is good or bad. I will get no use from the 30 day trial since Kato is not an option yet (would have waited if I had known) but, far more critical is that the first time I tried to test it, I got "We catched unpredictable error. . . You can close app now" [sic] which is exactly what I could NOT do. The only way to close it was to uninstall it. I will have no way to ever try it on a trial basis. 30 days will be gone before it had anything for me to test. I did try to reinstall, and it told me my password was wrong. There is no password recovery button, and I cannot re- register because my email "already exists". I am sure that the clay info is top notch, but the app design is not. I cannot envision paying for this until: A. It actually runs without grammatically jumbled, ambiguous error messages. Please no more "Catched unpredictable error", blue-screen-of-death reminiscent messages preceding a locked screen. B. There is a functioning support page C. The log-in page is fixed. I am not getting a new email because I forgot the password I never even had a chance to use in the first place D. Kato clay is added D. I have another trial to test it once it becomes useable In short, this app is unfinished and is in dire need of a professional developer. The concept is a magnificent one which DESERVES top notch design and delivery. Once the above are addressed, I will be totally onboard and won't think twice about paying this. I hope this review is taken as helpful rather than merely critical; I took a great deal of time to compose it because I do really want it to work. Were I just complaining, I would not put this much time and effort into it. So, here's hoping that after some attention, this app will live up to its potential.

This is the 1st review I have ever written! I have a new Fairy Godmother and her name is Nancy! This is great I have tons of projects that have been on hold just because I did'nt get the colors I wanted AND because I'm too cheep to waste more clay. It is Very easy to use and is very helpful! My only thought would be to make the circle grabbers a little bit smaller to get some of the more detailed pictures little bits of accent colors.

This app is genius. It's easy to use and will make matching, saving and retrieving your favorite colors a snap. Thank you Nancy for saving me hours of mixing time and a convenient way for me to have my favorite recipes available at my finger tips. In my new studio, my students are going to love this service. Trust me when I tell you, I'm the biggest fan of this much need app.

Oh, this app is great! I am inspired by colors and patterns everywhere I go. With the ColorMixr app I'll I have to do is snap a photo on my phone and upload it into the app. Then I can pull whichever colors I enjoy out of the photo. Next the app magically transforms the color I saw into a polymer clay color recipe! Just follow the ratios and you have your own custom blend. It's a wonderful way to mix colors without being afraid of mis-mixing clay. I highly recommend this program! Happy mixing! ~Jenny

Colormixr is a phenomenal tool for polymer clay enthusiasts! I had fallen into a rut using colors which were intuitively comfortable for me. Colormixr has opened up color for me-I see something I love and take a picture and Colormixr jumpstarts me. Try it...you'll like it!
