I can't do the double coins thing it always say I'm not connected to internet but I always am even wifi but please fix and the cargo drops wish there were a lil more

This game is a lot of fun... IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE BUGS.... 90% of the time I can't even view the ad's to get double gold or open the chests because somehow I'm not connected to the internet which makes no sense.... and I have also had times where I don't receive the gold that I "made" while I was logged off. I like the game a lot but the bugs are driving me crazy.... please fix the problems and this game would be 10X better!
