Update issue

I have been playing this game for almost an year now and had no problem. With the recent update I played the nemisis challenge and won the first prize and after that I can't seem to claim it. The screen has just frozen there whenever I open the application anybody else having this issue.
Brutal Load times after Launch

Latest update problem: On every launch, once the game is loaded to the map screen there is now a 2-5 min background load that happens before one can enter the store, or start a game. Plus there is no load progress bar. It is unacceptable so I have stopped playing after a year or daily activity. Plus event gameplay is more than brutal in difficulty. They are literally impossible to finish without maybe 100 power ups. Previously the game was a solid 4.5. Good mechanics, hard gameplay but manageable over time with upgrades. It was well worth the $10 I had spent.
Glitches and multiplayer

This is a cool game but I wish there was a real time aspect to this game and also for some reason when you watch the videos for extra the screen starts to glitch out and turns White and then you don't get the rewards but you watched the whole video
Best tower defense on the market

This is the best tower defense o the market. They consistently add new content, special events, and heroes. However you will eventually have to buy gems to buy coins to keep up with the new levels. Other than that, it’s the best tower defense on the market.

Great game with the exception that when you choose to watch a video for additional cards, some of the time the screen turns white at the end of the video and you can’t get back to the game to get your reward. So far that’s the most frustrating bit.
