Keeps crashing

I love this game. However, I’ll have fun bottles to start the game with extras. I’ll be playing and the games shuts down completely to my phone Home Screen. Then I go back in and have to start again with zero bottles. It’s a pain and it keeps occurring

Fun game, but it crashes every few levels in the middle of playing. That means I lose my rainbow streak, have to replay the level, and if I use any extra “power ups” those still get used, but the level still needs to be replayed. It’s extremely frustrating. I also lose any gold pin for winning the level on the first try because of the level crashing. I’m ready to delete the app.

Let me know when you give an option to turn off hints! If the game tells you what to do, where is the challenge? You are just pushing buttons bc the computer says to. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
New event (1-6-22) issue

I was bout to start the new arena event. I payed 8 gold for 20 energy, didn’t receive it, or the 25 free energy as part of the welcome pack.

Game designed to watch ads. I won’t watch them nor support any product advertising on this game. You have to play many, many games to pass a level. This game was good but lately can’t pass a level.

I’ve attempted a few times to discontinue playing this game by deleting the app, either due to frustration not being able to pass difficult levels, or because it was consuming too much of my time. I even emailed King a few days ago asking them to permanently delete my account. Ha! Yeah, like that would stop me. Lol I’ve been in contact with the company a couple years ago with an issue, as well as recently, and every single time, their customer support team has been outstanding with prompt replies, followup, detailed/clear instructions, and resolving issues!! I am beyond pleased with this company and will continue enjoying playing Soda Crush. ?
