Extremely expensive with no backup-Do not download

I bought several packs in the game on my old iPad with 2$ each, when I switched to a new iPad with the same Apple ID and all in-game purchases disappeared and I have to buy all packs again. They don't even have a support team or email. I sent them a Twitter DM with no response whatsoever. It used to be my favorite game, now I tell everyone it is expensive and unreliable.

At the time that I am writing this, the app has seven 1 star ratings and I simply don't understand it. I've been waiting for this brain puzzler on iPad and this is the first that I've found (FYI there ARE good ones for iPod) It definitely has some limitations - the biggest if which is the lack of an undo button. There are some things that would be nice - indicating when the row/column is complete and counting down the boats. But the puzzles work and are a good brainteaser.

I loved this app. I played 7 puzzle packs on my iPad and 4 on my iPhone. However, I am not able to get the latest puzzle packs because somehow my game lost the fact that I had purchased the previous packs. It is not worth $16 to buy the old packs again in order to get the new. I tried to contact Dilemma Apps but you can only do so via Twitter. I have had no response from them. Twitter seems to me to be a poor way to do customer service. I am very disappointed. I LOVED this game and agree with a previous post that it is the best out there. Would have given it a 5 hands down if I had gotten some support. Was able to reload previous packs with no additional. However, must plat through 300+ puzzles to get back to where I was. Good thing I like the game a lot!
History Wiped Out and Need Better Support

My 5 puzzle pack purchases and history have been wiped out. I would like assurance I can re-download without being charged again. Only way to contact developer directly is Twitter. I will not join "evil twitter" for them. Too bad I loved the game.

This game is such a pain to play, it is simply not worth it. There are other similar apps to this Battleship-type of game that are better, cheaper, and easier to play. I'm not referring to difficulty of solving, but the mechanics of the game. There is no way to "drag and fill" several squares at at time, for example, when filling the row (or remainder of the row) with water. Must individually tap each square. No way to restart puzzle - must undo by tapping/changing EVERY SINGLE SQUARE! No "undo" button to back up move-by-move. Other suggestions: color each different type of ship a different color. Also - indicate in some way when you have found all of a certain ship. For example, once you have found all of the Missile Cruisers, perhaps darken that area at the bottom. to make it easier to see what you have already found and what you still need. No "Check" button to indicate if you are "correct so far", with or without option to show errors. All of these annoyances take away the fun of solving. Try Bimaru instead.
Good, But Issues

I really love this game, I finished the first 12 free too quickly - but had no trouble buying the first pack of (40) more for $1.99. I have now finished those, though, and now when I click on the STORE button, it just gets stuck on "loading" and I have to turn my iPad off completely to unstick it. What is up? I want more!! I do also agree with the previous comment that it would be great if it allowed you or it automatically tracked which ships are complete and what you have left. It is hard to rank higher when I have to get a paper and pencil to keep track. It is very good, though - I would still have ranked higher if I could order more...
Purchase yields no puzzles!

When I purchase Puzzle pack 1, it says you've already purchased this (do you want it again for free) and then says purchase successful, but no puzzles appear. The store continues to say that Puzzle pack 1 is available for purchase. It's an endless loop! Can someone respond if this can be fixed?
