Every update gets worse!

They are constantly releasing updates with bugs that never fix anything. You cannot open attachments because their updates prevent you from viewing them, their latest has even blocked the print application where you use to at least to be able to view them that way. Try to send an email with an attachment it always ends up in drafts so you better check that folder before closing your mail down otherwise you may find out days later it never sent! They put ads in your mail at the top. It is constantly moving your mail up and down you you swipe to delete a piece of mail but you delete the wrong one because their ad just shifted your mail down one. This is truly the worst mail application. I am furious that Verizon sold their mail off to AOL. I am ready to cancel Verizon home service because of this crap!

AOL app hangs when trying to restore a draft email

I was writing an email response and adding photos to the email from my photo app on iPad. When adding a photo, I tried to change the display to show all photos rather than just a subset. That took me to the AOL section in the Settings app on my iPad, where I selected to display All Photos rather than Selected Photos. When I returned to the AOL app to finish my email response, my response was gone. Only the email I was responding to was displayed. I went to the Drafts section of the AOL app and found my response saved there as a draft email. When I selected my draft response, it did not open. Instead the AOL app hung and I had to close it. I tried repeatedly to reopen the app and then reopen my draft response, but it hung the AOL app every time. I rebooted my iPad but that did not help. I returned to the Settings app and reset AOL back to Selected Photos, but that did not help. How can I get the Drafts section of the AOL app working again, so I can finish my email response without losing it? If I delete and reinstall the AOL app from the App Store, will my draft and all my other messages be lost? I suspect so. Sent from my iPad Thanks in advance! Dave

Sure can annoy me with notifications for sports games that I asked it NOT to notify me about. But actual emails I want to be notified about? Lol, never actually sends those notifications. Just another poorly run Yahoo business as usual…

When the app works it’s fine, but my primary use is to see my email. I’m not sure what’s changed in recent updates but “oops search failed try later” is not particularly helpful when trying to load messages.

Just got a new IPhone 13, my AOL APP IS NOT WORKING. It says tap to start and it just goes back to my iPhone front page

Problems with app

Up until about a month ago I had no problems with this app. But then when I went to compose an email no contacts would populate. I found a work around by going directly to the contacts but as of today that no longer works. So I have to search for contacts and now copy and paste the addresses from previous emails to compose a new one. This is not acceptable. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still didn’t solve the problem. If I go on aol.com everything works fine. It is just issues with the app.

No mail at all

I have a problem with them email ever since November. I haven’t received any mail. I have written several reviews & no one has gotten back to me. I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone & reinstalled the app & I'm still having the same problem. My emails have not gone to spam or trash. I finally sent a message to help desk on twitter. Hopefully I will get a response.
