Worthless update and no real support

I (and your other players) have waited a year+ for this update. STILL unable to claim “four is more” to advance in progress or challenges. I was hoping to contact Rovio Support about this post update fail but, there’s no way to contact customer support for AG Seasons any longer??? I’m left to leave a review in hopes of being heard. Terribly disappointing.

I paid for the app years ago when it was still a ‘pay once, play forever’ game. However, much to my chagrin, I download it again on a new device, with the knowledge that I would be starting all over and would be playing through all the levels. That was fine, it was my intention. I thought I would be playing through it all again, but I could play all previous chapters when I wanted, in whatever order I wanted, since I purchased the full game years ago. Nope. ? What happened, however, was quite the opposite. I went through the ‘restore past purchases’ process, like I had done countless times, with this and other games before it. No good! I have to earn the in-game currency in order to open past chapters, which I had already paid for when I bought the game originally. So it’s as though I never bought it at all now, and have to deal with the ‘free to play’ BS, for something I already purchased. And it’s not just Angry Birds Seasons. It is the same with Angry Birds Rio- which I already payed for when I bought the game years ago. This is ridiculous! There is no excuse for this! I can’t believe I got ripped off years after I bought these games. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!! ????? The only reason I am giving this any stars at all, is because we have to give at least one star in order to post a review.

New update as of 5/24/18 App still crashing during main screen load up despite brand new update 6.6.2 using iOS 11.3.1.

AB is my favorite go to game! Love Seasons, but would love to see new levels on many of the original episodes. I would think it would be as easy to add levels as it is to add complete new episodes. We need more AB!

I love this game but wish there were more episodes! This one is my favorite of all the angry birds games.

I miss Joe Strummer
I really enjoy this game, but no new episodes in quite awhile, like way over a year. Christmas wasn’t the same this year without a new Christmas episode. I wish Rovio would would put their resources into improving and extending their existing titles rather than all the candy crush ripoffs they keep showing me ads for.
Would love to see some new seasons..
