Painfully slow and doesn’t update

The app takes forever to load when I open it, and files that I add with the desktop app don’t show up on the phone app. Very frustrating.

Very easy to use. I had been using shutterfly but when I was told about this I decided to give it a try. I really like the ability to download videos of our grandchildren, where Shutterfly does not do that. Very user friendly and the unlimited photo storage is great! I continue to learn benefits of Amazon Prime!! I'll use this site from now on.
No Files app support

This app does not properly support the Files app. Also, it has not been updated for iPhone X.

I’ve had this app for maybe a month and a half and I’m enjoying it so far. There are still some kinks I have to work out but it’s not the app it’s just my inexperience with it. Seems to be fairly easy to use but I have to gain some familiar Arity that I don’t have yet. I will read this later when I have more experience but so far so good!

I have been using this as a photo storage app for over a year and the reliability is horrible. When transferring photos from my phone to this app, at least 50% will not show a preview or allow me to retrieve the photo. That to me makes it worthless. The workaround is loading the photos manually from phone to pc file folder and allow them to sync with the app. I’ve also tried prime photos but the organization method on that app is less than desirable for my needs. If reliability improved I would rate this much higher. I have also contacted amazon support and they said the issues may be resolved in future updates. As of the beginning of 2018, still having the same problems.
