Preview doesn’t work on iPhone 7

I was very excited to use this thinking I had finally found a solution to all the photos on my iPhone. I uploaded about 6 pictures (I’m glad I didn’t do more) only to find out that you can’t preview them. Very disappointed! I hope this gets fixed in the near future.
Google don’t support Apple images, Amazon does

Don’t care what Google drive claims, they’ve deleted hundreds of my heif Apple images and my only backup was Amazon Drive. It works.

Sometimes crashes when trying to search for a file name or when trying to download a photo. But I applaud them for supporting RW2 raw photo file type in previews, something others often do not

For some reason the application gets stuck after uploading 1 photo or so. I have to reset the application and then it will do 1 or 2 more photos. Seems like it needs a good update.

I have 3 Apple devices. iPhone 8 Plus, iPad mini 4 and iPad Air 4. I recently accidentally deleted some very very important work related videos and pics. Guess what drive is the ONLY one that I could go to and recover my items?? AMAZON DRIVE!!!! iCloud and iTunes are a complete joke!! I’m a prime member and this just paid for what I consider to be 10 years of membership.. Thanks so much Amazon...
