A must for prime members

Basically, because you get unlimited photo storage with prime, this is a must for prime users. But amazon drive is more. It’s cloud file storage.

I haven’t used it extensively, but I love the ability to save all pics & videos from my iPad & iPhone so I can delete and make room for more. At the same time, I can access my pics or videos to view or show people readily. It was never like that for me with iCloud. The videos just sat loading mostly, which was frustrating. I like it so far...

Title says it all. Haven't been able to access files on my iPad all day. Update: I would rate it less than one star if that were possible. Crashes at random, not at all reliable. If there was a more economical cloud storage option, I would use it in a heartbeat.

First of all love the unlimited pics wish was the same for videos as well, but my main problem is picture type of saving I use iPad and a iPhone and when I try to save it I can’t open it tells me try another app to open plus instead of reg iOS.jpg it’s gives me heic which I don’t know what it means pleas amazon improve ur app for the iOS Thank you
Great app, but fails in a major category.

Overall, the app works as expected, but with not iPhone X support and no one at Amazon knowing if/when support will come is a big fail! Amazon...you’re losing customers because of your laziness!
